The second term of the 2025-2026 academic year officially began on Monday Jan. 5^th.

This means all public schools (whether, pre-school, primary, secondary) across St. Kitts & Nevis reopened on that day.

Term 1 of the school year ended on Friday Dec. 5^th. This allowed teachers and students to proceed on break.

However, students and teachers returned to schools on Monday, following a one-month break.
