Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)- Saint Kitts and Nevis issued a travel advisory and is appealing to Saint Kitts and Nevis Passport Holders to be advised accordingly.

A visa is now required for all St. Kitts & Nevis nationals for travel to or transit via Ireland. This requirement applies to all passport holders, including Diplomatic and Service passports.

The measure aligns Ireland’s visa policy with that of the United Kingdom.

Moreover, MOFA mentioned transitional arrangements for pre-existing bookings. Thus, passengers who booked travel before June 15th 2026, may travel until July 14th 2026.

You must possess and present: a valid passport, direct proof of purchase from your carrier (not a travel agent), showing: date of ticket purchase, passenger name and flight number and date of travel.
