The Swim Right Swim Club will host its inaugural MV Christena Commemorative Open Water Swim Meet on Saturday, July 25^th, 2026 to encourage the general public about swimming and its importance.  The VON NEWSINE spoke to Chair of the Board of Directors for the Swim Right Swim Club, Mrs. Tamecia Lestrade who told us more about the upcoming event:

Registration is $EC 75.00 where participants will receive a swim cap, participation medal, a bottle of water and light refreshments. Mrs. Lestrade also shared more registration details:

Tamecia Lestrade. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. and the meet is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m.
