In an update, students across St. Kitts and Nevis were among thousands of Caribbean candidates who received the preliminary results of the May–June 2026 examinations administered by the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC). The preliminary results were released on Tuesday, August 18th, 2026, at noon Atlantic Standard Time and covered four main exams: the Caribbean Certificate of Secondary Level Competence (CCSLC), Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC), Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ/CTEC), and Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE).
Candidates with concerns about their grades may apply for a review from Tuesday, September 1st, 2026, through Tuesday, September 15th. The cost is XCD $85 per subject.
In St. Kitts, candidates must obtain a payment form from the Government Treasury, make the required payment and follow the instructions provided. In Nevis, review payment forms are available from the Department of Education at Marion Heights.
Meantime, candidates who received ungraded (UNG) or absent (ABS) results should contact the Examinations Department for guidance, at 467-1877 in St. Kitts or 469-5521, extension 5085, on Nevis.
