The homeowners association of the Four Seasons Resorts Nevis (FSRN) filed a US $100 million lawsuit against Nevis Peak Holdings on Aug. 11^th, in the Delaware Chancery Court, USA.

Nevis Peak — a company owned by Cascade Investment, which serves the family office of American businessman and Microsoft co-founder, Bill Gates, owns the resort and surrounding properties.

According to people.com, the homeowners complained of alleged deteriorating conditions which includes rotted wood, burned-down amenities and trash on the grounds. The lawsuit claims over $20 million in membership fees were paid for repairs that were never completed.
