An accident occurred on the island’s main road on Nevis, during the morning hours of Tuesday Sep. 8^th.

It took place just outside of Horsford’s Nevis Centre and involved a Kia Rio car and a Toyota Hilux pickup.

The car suffered extensive damage to the front but the pickup was damaged in the rare.

Both drivers were unharmed and safe. The police continues to remind motorists to drive responsibly.
