Independent Candidate, Janet Meloney, indicated that she is willing to work with any political party or anyone. She will be running in Nevis # 11 (a constituency which comprises St. James’ and St. Thomas’ parishes), basically the General Elections (or National Assembly Elections).

Her comment was made on Tuesday Nov. 3^rd. In addition, Mrs. Meloney expressed her support for Campaign finance reform and fixed election dates, as things she wishes to put in place.

Campaign finance reform involves government regulations on the fundraising and spending of money in political campaigns, aimed at increasing transparency.
