Bank of Nevis opens new branch in St. Kitts

The Bank of Nevis (BON) officially opened its doors in St. Kitts with a Special Grand Opening Ceremony on Tuesday, April 6th, at 7:15 a.m. in Basseterre.  

 

Prime Minister & Federal Minister of Finance, Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris, delivered remarks at the launch and was quoted as saying: “the opening of this St. Kitts Branch by the Bank of Nevis (BON) reflects the continuing strong relationship between our two islands and what can be achieved when we work closely together”.

 

The Board and Management of BON have indicated that this is a good juncture to expand its footprint for the benefit of the people of St. Kitts, as it provides an opportunity for the Bank to grow stronger and influence the development trajectory of the Federation. 

 

In related News – the Bank of Nevis also opened a new branch here on Nevis on April 6th, 2021.  

In attendance of the opening ceremony, Premier of Nevis and local Minister of Finance, the Hon. Mark Brantley, made these remarks:
