The Black Rocks Viewing Decks, were formally commissioned at a brief ceremony held at the site on Wednesday July 15^th.

Black Rocks is the name of a rock formation on the northeastern coast of St. Kitts.

Located close to the town of Saddlers, the rocks consist of lava flow from the volcanic Mount Liamuiga, which dominates the northern half of the island.

Prime Minister and Parliamentary Representative for St. Christopher # 7, Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris delivered remarks at the event and said the investment is “significant”.
