The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force has released the arrangements for entry, exit and parking which the general public must adhere to in navigating events at Carnival Village. They are as follows:

For entry and parking:

• Vehicles and pedestrians will enter through the Basseterre High School (BHS) Main Gate. Vehicles will proceed left, then right to access the BHS parking area. Pedestrians must keep to the right of barriers.

• Technical Staff and Facility workers will park where the BHS Auditorium was located which will be barricaded with metal barriers.

• Patrons will enter through the Security Checkpoint and Search Area to the back of the Carnival city where vendors will be located. Following screening, patrons will enter through the East and West Red Gates.

• VIPS, Committee Members and Executive Members with valid accreditation (wristband/photo-passes) will park at the Tennis Court Area in Warner Park., with additional parking at the Football Stadium. VIPS, VVIPS, Artistes and Crew will enter the Venue via the large East Gate near the Tennis Court.

For exit:

• Vehicles parked in the BHS Parking area will exit through the East Park Range Gate while pedestrians will exit through the double small gate near the BHS Main Gate.

Additionally, at the top Victoria Road will be closed to vehicular traffic from 7pm and traffic will flow from South to North on event nights. Parking is strictly forbidden between the Carnival City Main Gate and the BHS Main Gate.
