Charles E Mills Secondary dubbed winners of SPACS World Food Day Cooking competition 

The Charles E. Mills Secondary School (CEMSS) was dubbed the winner of the Sandy Point Agriculture Cooperative Society’s (SPACS) World Food Day Cooking Competition on Saturday, October 22nd

 

The competition was held at the St. Kitts Eco Park as part of the World Food Day Week of Activities.  

 

Their winning dish comprised of: a garnished dish with pineapple sauce and cherries, vegan baked sweet potato along with a sweet potato drink with crushed sweet potato. 

 

Meanwhile, the Federal Minister of Agriculture et al Hon. Samal Duggins and Acting Permanent Secretary, Miguel Flemming presented certificates and prizes to the winners of the competition.
