Federal Minister of Tourism and area representative of Constituency #4, the Hon. Lindsay Grant addressed attendees at a Vaccination clinic in St. Kitts, on Monday evening (March 22^nd), with regards to the possible return of Cruise ships to the Federation versus the Vaccination target population. 

He continued:

As at Monday, March 22^nd, 23.5% of SKN’s population received the first jab of the COVID-19 vaccine, which equates to almost 7,800 persons.
