That was Assistant Comptroller of Customs, Mr. Ozbert France.

His comments came on the heels of the Federation’s Customs and Excise Department reminding the general public that the restriction on the importation of camouflage apparel into the Federation, is still in effect. Mr. France in a statement issued on Tuesday Dec. 3^rd, explained that “camouflage is camouflage.”
