The paved section was a stretch of road beginning by the “Burton Thompson’s” residence to just after the Albertha Payne Community Center. This segment falls within the parameters of Phase 2 of the project, which is from “Mr. Dick’s to the intersection of ‘Boom’” according to Minister Brand.
