The Republic Bank Inter-High School Health Quiz saw its inaugural edition on Friday, May 19th, 2023 at the Nevis Performing Arts Center (NEPAC).

The quiz saw students from the island’s three secondary schools compete in three rounds namely: Non- Communicable Diseases, Sexual and Reproductive Health and General Health and Wellness. Prior to the quiz, students were also engaged in informative sessions on the topics in an effort to further educate the youths and promote positive decision making.

At the end of the proceedings, the Gingerland Secondary School was the winner represented by Tahleya Phillip, McKeali Lewis, Junice Eaton and Kijari Huggins. The Charlestown Secondary School represented by Najma Morton, Kekona Charles, Tyanna Kelly and Ambika Samichar won second place and the Nevis International Secondary School copped third place with Khameecia Brown, Tinayeshe Chirma, Mellana Fraser and Zyon Harding.
