She was speaking during a handing over Ceremony of an ambulance and a bus on Wednesday, February 24th, at the JNF General Hospital, in St. Kitts. The ambulance was donated to the Federal Ministry of Health. The passenger bus was donated to the St. Kitts and Nevis Red Cross Society (SKNRCS) to aid the federation in bolstering its health system.
