Nevis’ Minister of Housing & Land, the Hon. Alexis Jeffers. 

His comments come on the heels of the Nevis Island Administration (NIA’s) announcement of preparations to start construction at a few areas on the island. 

Last week, the Minister in an update about Craddock Road, said: “clearing has been done” at the top of that road and the Government is preparing for construction at Hamilton. 

Despite the NIA’s plans, COVID-19 pandemic brought with it delays to various housing projects here on Nevis.
