Guidance Counselor of the St. Thomas’ Primary School (STPS), Dr. Sandra Flemming and her daughter, Tebron Flemming-Joseph recently published an award winning book targeted at children in the primary school level and particularly, grade 2.

The Book is entitled: “Peacock and the Computer” and is being published by the Organization of the Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
