That was Prime Minister, Dr. the Hon Timothy Harris, speaking in the National Assembly on December 15th 2020, as he presented the 2021 National Budget.

St. Kitts and Nevis’ Citizenship By Investment (CBI) program, is one of the oldest of its kind earning a platinum brand for its strong credentials. The CBI program is designed to attract foreigners, who make a substantial contribution to the development of the country.
