“Justice for sexual offences should never be for sale”, says DPP

Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Mr. Adlai Smith, has provided details about recent charges laid on Vaughan Henderson of Saddler’s Village, St. Kitts.

 

According to a police communique, Mr. Henderson received a total of six (6) charges for Money Laundering, along with two (2) charges for Perverting the Course of Justice. Andre Williams, also known as Andre Mills, of Newton Ground, was charged with four (4) counts of Money Laundering and two (2) counts of Perverting the Course of Justice. Both were arrested and charged on Feb. 21st. Here is DPP Smith.

 

An investigation was initiated into the mother of the minor.
