During Tuesday’s edition of the Let’s Talk Program, the panel engaged in a discussion surrounding the need for the public to exercise caution when at sea, whether as boaters, swimmers or divers.
The topic stemmed from two boating fatalities which occurred in the waters of St. Kitts and Nevis, one occurring just last month.
One question that has been asked is what should both parties namely swimmers and boaters do, to avoid a repetition of such incidents?
