Jaheem James of Upper Market Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts, was charged by police for the offence of Cohabiting with a Female Under Sixteen years of Age.

This comes in the wake of 15-year-old Valiana Edwards of La Guerite, St. Kitts, being found unharmed in the Market Street area of Basseterre, St. Kitts, on Wednesday December 13th.

She was reportedly last seen at home on Tuesday December 5th.

James was charged on Friday December 15th, at the Basseterre Police Station.
