On Tuesday, during the Nevis Island Assembly Budget Debate, Nevis’ Minister of Education, et.al, Hon. Troy Liburd provided information during his address pertaining to the results of the 2022 CXC examination for the island of Nevis.
Students from the Charlestown, Gingerland and Nevis International Secondary Schools along with the Nevis Sixth Form College participated in the regionally held Caribbean Examination Council Examinations. Secondary Level students took part in the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) exams while tertiary students sat the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations (CAPE).
Minister Liburd also took the opportunity to thank the teachers of the various schools for their hard work in preparing students for the exams especially during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
