Following a previous announcement on plans to make changes to the price of water on the island of Nevis, the proposed changes in prices of the services have been made available to the public.

The information was brought forth during the presentation of Minister of Water Services, Hon. Spencer Brand in the 2024 Budget Debate on December 6th. According to Mr. Brand, the increase in price is needed due to a number of factors including the increase in price of water pumps, meters, pipes and other goods needed to provide the service.
