On Wednesday, March 23rd, Ms. Janiecia Powell, a student from the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College Graduating Class of 2021 was the recipient of the Joshua Obadiah Williams Award.
Ms. Powell is an Early Childhood Education Major from Prospect Estate, Nevis, received the award for her near perfect GPA.
The award and monetary prize was first established in 1995 to commemorate veteran educator Joshua Obadiah William.
It is awarded to the Division Teacher Education graduate who receives the top grades from the University of the West Indies and the teaching practicum.
