Nevis’ 2024 Budget will be presented in the Nevis Island Assembly when it convenes on Tuesday December 5th, at the Assembly’s Chambers, in Charlestown.

Thus, the Nevis Appropriation (2024) Bill, 2023 will be tabled in Parliament. The Bill is to appropriate certain sums of money for the use of the Public Service on the island of Nevis for the financial year commencing on Jan. 1st, 2024 and ending on Dec. 31st, 2024.

The Bill is to the tune of EC $282, 706, 900. This is an increase of about EC $20 million, when compared to the 2023 Budget or the Nevis Appropriation 2023 Bill, 2023, which was $261.5 million dollars.

Based on the Order Paper, during the sitting, Premier and Minister of Finance, the Hon. Mark Brantley, will seek leave to introduce and have read a first time, the Nevis Appropriation (2024) Bill, 2023.
