The Nevis Disaster Management Department is hosting a Coastal Hike (today) Easter Monday, April 21^st, 2025, starting at the Long Point Port to Indian Castle and Hanley’s Road.

The hike began at 6:00a.m and is estimated to be 3 hours long. Individuals were asked to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers, sunglasses and a hat as well as take along water and snacks as they will not be provided. Asthmatic individuals were required to take their inhalers and persons presently taking medication were asked to take them along as well.

The meeting point was the Nevis Air and Sea Port Authority (NASPA) Parking Lot.
