Nevisian Toni Nisbett has now gone pro, after she qualified for her IFBB (International Fitness and Body Building Federation) elite pro card.
It comes as she represented St. Kitts and Nevis at the Roger Boyce Classic Body building competition on Saturday May 11th, in Barbados and was featured in the Bikini Fitness category.
In round one, she faced fifteen young ladies from countries such as, Barbados, Russia and Italy. She won in the class of up to 164 centimeters.
She is now the first female athlete in the federation of St. Kitts and Nevis to achieve the pro status. But what does this mean? Ms. Nisbett explains:
