A new board of directors for the St Christopher and Nevis Social Security Board, was approved by cabinet during a recent cabinet briefing.

Also, a presentation was made by the Minister responsible for Social Security, the Hon. Eugene Hamilton, with respect to the status of payments, under the COVID-19 Relief Fund. 

The VONNEWSLINE contacted Minister Hamilton as well as the St Kitts Social Security Board for  further comments concerning the above-mentioned, but to no avail. 

Meanwhile, in terms of the Fund, during a previous press conference, Premier of Nevis, the Hon. Mark Brantley, reported on the status of outstanding cheques for qualified applicants of the COVID-19 Relief fund here on Nevis:
