Meantime, as the nation continues to grapple with water shortages in the various communities, the St. Kitts-Nevis Fire and Rescue Services (SKNFRS) has asked the public to put more efforts into conserving water as the dry season approaches.

The service has stated that a cut in the water supply not only inconveniences the domestic and commercial uses of the public but also limits their fire -fighting resources.
