NIA to monitor dumping “hot spots”, Junior Health Minister says guilty parties will be dealt with once caught
The Ministry of Health through the Nevis Island Administration (NIA), has sought to put a measure in place, to help eliminate illegal and indiscriminate dumping on the island.
Illegal dumping is the illegal deposit of any waste onto land, instead of using an authorized method such as an authorized rubbish dump. Junior Minister of Health here on Nevis, is the Hon. Hazel Brandy-Williams.
Minister Brandy-Williams also gave this warning to the general public.
