The November Criminal Assizes have begun at the Theodore L. Hobson High Court in Charlestown, Nevis.
The Preliminary Docket lists some ten (10) matters scheduled to be heard.
The assizes began on Tuesday 5th November at 9am.
Among the ten matters to be heard, are the cases of Lawton Forbes who is on trial for attempted murder, wounding with intent, possession of firearm and possession of ammunition and his brother Lawvington Forbes who is on trial for the offence of murder.
The case of Augustus Freeman who is charged for the offence of manslaughter and Alston Phillip who is on trial for the offence of murder and attempted murder.
