Official from Rehabilitation Center explains contributing factors of Juvenile Delinquency

A few factors which resulted in Juvenile Delinquency occurring in St. Kitts-Nevis, were listed out and in essence brought to the fore, as to why children end up at the rehabilitation centre.

 

Juvenile Delinquency is the habitual committing of criminal acts by a young person, especially one below the age at which ordinary criminal prosecution is possible.
