Dr. Douglas also claimed that the Government is now proposing to increase collections of tax revenue from small businesses by some 6.23 percent. He urged the Government to “bear in mind that the 2020 Estimates were actually prepared before the start of the COVID-19 crisis.”
The Appropriation (2021) Bill, 2020 is to the tune of $867.9 million.
