As the Federal Government continues to revamp the PAP Program, issues have
come to the fore which hampers persons from benefitting from the program.
One issue is that of persons not completing the application for the program.
However, sources say that persons, who have not completed the application
process, are still receiving money from the PAP.
The Poverty Alleviation Program (PAP) was introduced by the then Team-Unity
Administration in 2018, to assist households whose gross income falls under EC$3,000.00. Under the program, qualified individuals receive financial aid in the amount of EC$500.00. What does the Government have to say about this?
