As parents prepare to register their children at new schools across the islands, they are being encouraged to make their respective applications at the school which aligns with their physical address.
Over the years, the Ministry of Education has voiced its concerns on students being registered at schools outside of their zone, resulting in some schools being overpopulated while others struggle with low numbers.
With preparations for the new school year already being made, the call also continues to be made for parents or guardians to follow the rules and guidelines to allow the smooth transition of students into the schools.
