As the Ministry of Agriculture on Nevis prepares for its Agriculture Expo, the ministry has released the name of this year’s patron.

The 2023 patron is Mr. Collin Huggins.

Mr. Huggins is known for his sterling contribution to the Fishing Industry on the Island of Nevis.

According to a release from the Ministry, his work in the industry has spanned over a period of 42 years and he continues to make significant contributions to the agriculture sector as both supplier of land and sea.

The Agriculture Expo will take place on March 30th and 31st 2023, at the Elquemedo T. Willett Park. A number of local produce and processed products will be available along with a number of displays and demonstrations for members of the public.

Registration is currently open for persons wishing to operate booths and will remain open until Friday, March 17th, 2023
