Lawmen issued a “Wanted” Person bulletin for a 19-year-old on Friday October 6^th.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Kemone Richards of Upper Market Street, St. Kitts, in connection with a report of building breaking & larceny.

Police described Richards as having a dark complexion, 5 feet 11 inches in height, Brown eyes and Black hair.

On the morning of Saturday, October 7^th, the police confirmed to the VON NEWSLINE that Mr. Richards surrendered himself to the authorities at the Basseterre Police Station.
