Police seize illegal firearm from Dorset, number of illegal firearms seized now 21 for 2023

Lawmen have seized an illegal firearm in St. Kitts.

 

 

 

Police say on Saturday July 29th, during a search on an abandoned building in the Dorset area, officers of the Special Services Unit (SSU) of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) located one (1) Kel Tec P32 Pistol.

 

 

 

The Crime Scene Unit processed the scene and the firearm was taken into Police custody.

 

 

 

No one has yet been held accountable for the weapon find. A police spokesperson told the VONNEWSLINE that this is the 21st illegal firearm taken off of our streets for 2023.The Police continue to appeal to members of the general public for assistance in achieving a timely resolution to this and other criminal matters.
