The Federation’s National Security apparatus underwent a multi-agency manpower upgrade.

This was done by way of Polygraph testing which began on November 6th. Testing started with the highest ranked officers of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF); the St. Kitts and Nevis Defence Force (SKNDF); His Majesty’s Prison; and the Immigration Department.

It was administered by officials from the Regional Security System(RSS) and ended November 9th.

Already a long-established global standard, Polygraph testing is set to become a part of the internal administrative and management structures within the nation’s law enforcement and national security agencies in the near future. It will ensure the Federation’s national security agencies are properly staffed and suitably structured to best serve the people’s interests.
