As the federation moves forward with new legislation regarding the Cannabis Plant and its utilization, Premier of Nevis, Hon. Mark Brantley has encouraged citizens and residents to stay within the boundaries of the law.
As of Tuesday’s House sitting, the nation has received new legislation in three aspects of the substance, namely: religious and medical purposes along with decriminalization.
However, Premier Brantley reminded the public that they are expected to be responsible when using cannabis and make the best possible decision for themselves:
