The St. Kitts and Nevis Electoral Office is admonishing individuals here in the federation to make themselves eligible to take part in the electoral process.

A release from the office is encouraging persons to renew their expired National Identification Cards.

It noted that renewals can be done immediately at offices in St Kitts and in Nevis with no waiting period.

Persons who have registered and have not collected their cards are also being encouraged to collect them at the Electoral Offices in St. Kitts and in Nevis.

Individuals are also asked to walk with the receipt that was issued at the time of registration in order to facilitate this process on the other hand if someone else is being asked to retrieve the card that person must present the receipt and a government issued picture identification of themselves in order to receive the card.
