Saharan Dust in SKN’s atmosphere, public urged to be cautious

Another Saharan Dust Plume is in the Caribbean, making the skies hazy and anyone with breathing difficulties is urged to proceed with caution when moving about.

The VONNEWSLINE spoke with Senior Meteorologist at the Met Office in St. Kitts, Elmo Burke, who said that the hazy conditions started on Monday and that improvements should begin on Wednesday.
