On Monday, February 27^th 2023, Foreign Affairs Minister Rt. Hon. Dr Denzil Douglas met with his Egyptian Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Sharif Mahmoud Said Eissa during a working visit to the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).

The meeting was cordial with an invitation extended to both the Ambassador and his Foreign Minister to visit SKN as guests of the Government of St. Kitts Nevis.

According to Dr. Douglas “We discussed how both countries can work together to strengthen the relationship between the two countries, now that many SKN citizens from the MENA are visiting Egypt. Future plans call for meeting between both Foreign Ministers on matters of Ease of Access to both countries.”

Also in attendance was His Excellency Justin Hawley, St. Kitts and Nevis Consul General based in Dubai.
