World Fisheries Day celebrated annually on November 21^st, sheds light on the critical importance of maintaining healthy ocean ecosystems and ensuring the sustainability of fisheries around the globe.

 The theme this year is: “Collaborative Governance for Blue Transformation and Sustainable Investment in Fisheries”. Nevis’ Minister of Fisheries, Deputy Premier, the Hon. Eric Evelyn said in an address:
