As St. Kitts and Nevis continues in its’ preparations for the re-opening of its borders, training continues in the Tourism sector etc.

But some businesses refused to participate in the training and Premier, the Hon. Mark Brantley at his press conference on Tuesday, said those businesses cannot operate:
