Special Sitting of Parliament to acknowledge Remarkable teens, now slated for November 26th

The date for a Special Sitting of Parliament to acknowledge the “25 Most Remarkable Teens”, has been changed according to the Speaker of the National Assembly, the Hon. A. Michael Perkins.

The “25 Most Remarkable Teens” Awards Ceremony recognizes Youth excellence in non-traditional fields such as Community Activism, Personal Decision to Change, Fashion Design, Spiritual Commitment Volunteerism, Scholastic Achievement through Pageantry, Writing and School Pride. 

 

Since the program’s inception in 2011, over two-hundred (200) youths from St. Kitts and Nevis have been honoured.

 

This marks the 10th year that the annual awards ceremony is being held.
