St. Kitts-Nevis 40-year-old constitution and reform discussed

How does St. Kitts and Nevis’s constitution stand after 40 years of change in human society? This topic was discussed during a Panel Discussion Series being held in celebration of the nation’s 40th year of Independence.

 

 

 

During the discussion panelists shared their knowledge and views on the original makeup of the constitution which made independence possible and what changes or considerations should be made to adapt and ensure human rights are maintained.
