That was Deputy Prime Minister and Federal Minister of Public Infrastructure, the Hon. Shawn Richards, speaking during the ground breaking ceremony for the Basseterre Valley Solar Project.
He further elaborated on the future plans of the solar farm project, with regards to the role the electricity consumers will play in the supplying electricity to the St. Kitts Electricity Company Limited (SKELEC).
