On Friday February 21st 2020, the St Kitts the Skills Training Empowerment Programme or STEP programme, will host a STEP Health and Career EXPO 2020 in celebration of its 3rd anniversary.
The EXPO will take place at West Independence Square from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to showcase its achievements in the last three years.
The VONNEWSLINE spoke to Mr. William Phillip, STEP’s Field Coordinator and committee organizer of the STEP EXPO, on what the EXPO will offer the public.

The Skills Training Empowerment Program (STEP) was created to provide employment opportunities for qualifying Nationals of St Kitts and Nevis. In tern it provides skill trade training, entrepreneurial skills training, work-force exposure and an income to households through a weekly stipend for its interns or the provision of micro-financing for small entrepreneurs.
